Terms of service.
Last revised: 1 June 2026
1. Scope of service
Genesis Bio Labs provides analytical laboratory services for research-grade compounds. Services include HPLC purity, LC-MS identity confirmation, microbial limits, residual solvents, stability, and other methods listed on the order page. Services are intended strictly for research and analytical purposes.
2. No medical or veterinary use
Nothing on this site or in any Certificate of Analysis issued by the lab constitutes medical, veterinary, or dosing advice. The lab does not assess fitness of any compound for human or animal consumption. Compounds analyzed by the lab are not intended for human use.
3. Sample submission
Submitting parties are responsible for ensuring that samples sent to the lab can be lawfully shipped and analyzed in the receiving jurisdiction. A chain-of-custody form must accompany every shipment. The lab may refuse to analyze a sample if the documentation is incomplete or the sample arrives in a compromised state.
4. Result reporting
Results are reported as observed. A signed Certificate of Analysis is issued for every sample, regardless of whether the result is a pass or a fail. The lab publishes every certificate to the public verification portal under the assigned batch ID.
5. Verification portal
The verification portal at /verify is provided as a public good. Certificates are made available indefinitely after publication. The portal is provided 'as is' without warranty of availability; routine maintenance windows may occur.
6. Confidentiality
Submitting party identifying details (name, address, contact email) are stored separately from the public COA record and are not exposed via the verification portal. Only the batch ID, compound name, analytical result, and signing analysts are public.
7. Payment
Payment is due in advance of analysis. The lab accepts major credit cards, bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, USDC). Specific payment terms are issued with each work order.
8. Limitation of liability
The lab's liability for any failure or defect in service is limited to a refund of the fees paid for that specific analysis. The lab is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from any use the submitting party or any third party makes of an issued Certificate of Analysis.
9. Intellectual property
Methods, branding, and content of this website are the intellectual property of Genesis Bio Labs. Certificate of Analysis documents remain the intellectual property of the lab; submitting parties have a non-exclusive license to use the issued certificate to communicate the analytical result.
10. Updates to these terms
