Every Genesis Bio Labs certificate is tied to a unique batch ID. The signed PDF is published on the verification portal at /verify, where anyone can confirm it by entering the batch number — no account required.
Yes. Email the lab with your order details and 'Rush' in the subject. Rush requests are placed in a priority queue and typically return results in 2 to 3 business days, subject to instrument availability.
Yes. Submitting party details are stored separately from the COA record and are not part of the public verification page. Only the batch ID and the analytical result are public.
After your order is confirmed we email packaging guidance, a chain-of-custody form, and a unique submission reference. Affix the form to the outside of the secondary container and ship with a tracked courier.
The signed PDF certificate is emailed to the contact on the order. The same certificate is simultaneously published at /verify so anyone with the batch ID can confirm it. Raw chromatograms are available on request.
